Good stay but room service needs improvement
We enjoyed our stay, especially the warm pool and friendly staff. However, room cleaning was inconsistent and we found the coffee machine dirty. Definitely consider upgrading to the club lounge for amazing views and complimentary services. A great spot for a city break with room for improvement.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with how close everything was to downtown attractions. The room offered fantastic views of the city, and with free Starbucks coffee available, it made mornings feel special. Convenient downtown location.
I was thoroughly disappointed during my stay. Despite specifying a room for four, only three towels were provided. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, making it hard to get any rest. Additionally, the swimming pool was disappointingly cold, ruining my plans to relax in it after a long day. I expected much better than this!

I enjoyed the stunning views from my room on the 27th floor. It felt great to overlook the North Shore mountains. The room was spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel had an accessible lobby that was easy to navigate. The staff was generally pleasant, and the early check-in was a nice touch. However, the breakfast service in the restaurant was inconsistent. Some staff seemed disinterested. There were long wait times for elevators, especially during peak hours. I experienced some noise from slamming doors in the hallway, which disturbed my peace. I also found the pool facilities lacking. Both hot tubs were often out of service. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement in customer service and hotel amenities.
