Good stay but room service needs improvement

We enjoyed our stay, especially the warm pool and friendly staff. However, room cleaning was inconsistent and we found the coffee machine dirty. Definitely consider upgrading to the club lounge for amazing views and complimentary services. A great spot for a city break with room for improvement.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We explored the Science World and had dinner at a nearby restaurant. The staff was super friendly, and the club lounge access was a nice perk. The views from the high floors are stunning. Plus, the location makes getting around easy, with plenty of taxis available nearby. Definitely a great spot to unwind after our adventures!

I had a great experience staying at Sheraton in Vancouver. The king room had stunning views and offered a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, even though I found the breakfast buffet somewhat underwhelming for the price.

Convenient downtown location.

I was thoroughly disappointed during my stay. Despite specifying a room for four, only three towels were provided. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, making it hard to get any rest. Additionally, the swimming pool was disappointingly cold, ruining my plans to relax in it after a long day. I expected much better than this!

I experienced some noise from slamming doors in the hallway, which disturbed my peace. I also found the pool facilities lacking. Both hot tubs were often out of service. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement in customer service and hotel amenities.
